Owners: Re/Max of Taos is a full-service property management company in Taos, New Mexico. We offer complete services for single-family residence, condos and commercial/office space. From complete care of your property to simply collecting rent, let us take the hassle out of owning and managing your investment. We offer two options for your convenience of Leasing Only and Full Management. The following are some of the services we provide. - Thorough Tenant Screening

Leasing Only: A leasing commission is charged for advertising and marketing your property, screening applicants, ordering credit reports on the tenants, showing them the rental unit, and preparing the lease agreements Full Management: All of the above as well as ensure collection of rent and handle all tenant issues. We can pay your property utility/repair bills and provide detailed monthly statements and disbursement, as well as tax information prepared at the end of the year. We can also maintain your property even if you do not want to rent it. We will ensure it is kept up to par as well as arrange for cleanings, landscaping maintenance, winterization if necessary and arrival preparation. On Call Maintenance: We have a long list of experienced vendors that we work closely with to handle any needed repairs and or maintenance at the lowest possible cost to you and the quickest response to the tenants call. Tenant Screening: We will fill your vacancy with tenants who are thoroughly screened for credit, employment, housing and other references. We also personally interview each and every qualified applicant to ensure only the most qualified tenant is chosen. Rent Collection/Eviction: We will enforce all rules and regulations. We take care of all tenant disputes, service of all notices and evictions. Tenants: Re/Max of Taos can assist you with your relocation needs. We specialize in trying to find the right rental for you. - Re/Max of Taos runs a credit report ($25 fee) as well as previous housing and reference checks.
- Re/Max of Taos requires first month's rent and a security deposit equal to monthly rent.
- We require $100 pet deposit per pet.
- Copies of Driver's License.
To protect your interests: We will do an initial walk through inspection with you to note the condition of the property and take any necessary pictures. We will also do a departure inspection with you at the end of your lease. Deposits are refunded, if appropriate, to you from the property owners within 30 days of your lease expiration date. |
